All areas of our software are template based, that makes it very easy for your to create your own look.

For the client chat there is a folder called package, inside you will find the templates for the client side chat there also selectable in your operator panel - widgets.

Let's explain the standard template, open this folder will have following structure:

• avatar
• css
• img
• js
• pop_up
• slide_up
• sound
• btn.php
• config.php
• index.html
• style.php

The structure is always the same for a template and it should kept this way. The naming of the folder is also logic and should be self explained.

The files btn.php, config.php and style.php have comments to explain what each line does, should you get stuck somewhere please don't hesitate to contact us anytime.
