HelpDesk 3, Live Chat 3 and Cloud Chat 3 has a very smart built in auto engage feature. You don't need to sit in front of your computer and invite your website visitors manually (you can of course it is also built in) but you can also let the software do it.

Go to your operator panel - Auto Proactive and start setup the URL's you want to automatically invite your website visitors. The Auto Proactive will only run once for each client to test it is best to use a different browser, when you want to test it again you will need to remove your cookies from that browser to see the invitation again.

The software can also listen on a wildcard url. For example you want to fire the engage / proactive window in the blog section and your url's for the blog look as follow:

  • https://www.yourdomain.com/blog (main blog page)
  • https://www.yourdomain.com/blog/p/2 (blog navigation page)
  • https://www.yourdomain.com/blog/a/32/wildcard-engage-proactive (blog article page)

You don't need to setup each url in the Auto Proactive section in your operator panel you can use a Wildcard URL like this:


Our Live Chat solution does now fire the invitation on all URL's inside the blog area. Remember, automatic invitations are only fired once every 3 days, if the client denies it won't fire again for the next 7 days.
