Our native iOS and Android apps come with build in push notifications, to make it work you will need to get your free token and secret key from our Push Server. Please login with your username/email and password, the same you use on our JAKWEB website. Please copy/paste the token and key into your Live Chat 3 installation under Operator panel - settings - Native Push Notifications.

Make sure your operator profile receive push notifications by setting the mobile icon to green:

Each operator can have up to 2 devices to receive Push Notifications. 1 Android and 1 IOS.
