Native apps are here! After hard work and quite a long process the native apps are finally available.

You can download the app from the Google Play and App Store for free, connecting to your very own Live Chat 3, HelpDesk 3, Cloud Chat 3 or Cloud Desk 3 installation.

After downloading the app you will need to enter the URL to your Live Chat 3, HelpDesk 3, Cloud Chat 3 or Cloud Desk 3 installation.

Important is to enter the correct URL. For example your Live Chat 3 is installed here:

• https://www.yourdomain.com/livechat

You will need to enter https://www.yourdomain.com/livechat.

Native Push Notifications

We have build in native push notifications, to make it work you will need to get your free token and secret key from our Push Server. Please login with your username/email and password, the same you use on our JAKWEB website. Please copy/paste the token and key into your Live Chat 3 installation under Operator panel - settings - Native Push Notifications.

Make sure your operator profile receive push notifications by setting the mobile icon to green:

Each operator can have up to 2 devices to receive Push Notifications. 1 Android and 1 IOS.
