With the latest release of Live Chat Business 2.6 and HelpDesk 1.8 we have integrated a wildcard engage / proactive feature.
The system can now listen on a wildcard url. For example you want to fire the engage / proactive window in the blog section and your url's for the blog look as follow:
you don't need to setup each url in the Auto Proactive section in your operator panel you can use a Wildcard URL like this:
Our Live Chat solution does now fire the invitation on all URL's inside the blog area. Remember, automatic invitations are only fired once every 7 days, if the client denies it won't fire again the next 7 days.
