I can not know that users are online

I installed the system in http://support.goldcoffee.pt, activated the self proactive to my website at http://dxn.pt, but when someone is online does not indicate anything (not appear in the system).
I will have forgotten something?

    Thank you for opening a support ticket.

    That is actually a bug, but I have fixed the issue and released version 1.1.2. You can login into your operator panel and go to settings - maintenance and run the auto updater, it will fix the bug and everything should work normal.

    else, when sending the invitation to support the proactivePopUp for dxn.pt site does not appear.

    Please go to your operator panel - settings maintenance and run the Auto Updater.

    The latest version is 1.1.3 and will fix the issue.
