In the live chat, the first message sent by the client does not appear
to the operator, please correct this problem, is possible soon?

Improvement:

In online chat, it is wonderful to have the default Automatic answers.

Please a future update your software, it would be good and very
useful to have the default Automatic response system, also in the system
tickets
