I have the dashboard open in a browser tab and obviously open several others.
When I go back to the dashboard tab I realize that the Online Status Button is red, ie it automatically changes my status offline while I am browsing in other tabs.
Is there a setting that Live Chat is really live from the 1st moment I login until I close the browser, pls?

If you are not using the latest IE I recommend Safari, Firefox or Chrome. The chat checks if your connection is still online and IE sometimes closes that when the tab is inactiv.
Actually I used Opera v 34.0.2036.47
So I'd better use Chrome and/or FF, right?
