Hi,

we have some problems, but the chat is fantastic.

1- the chat in our site made with Adobe Muse doesn't appear, but is shown in subdomain in php and opencart site such as map.travelcardinternational.uk - travelcardinternational.net - and in our opencart shop

www.travelcardinternational.uk and their subdomain instead doesn't work, we have insertedin muse main page in the head field the code, but nothing has changed.

2- the invitation message doesn't work

3- with cellphone the chat works but doesn't have sound to advice about an incoming chat, and it is impossible know when someone ask for a chat.

an advice: show the flag or write the provenience of the customers before they ask for something, cause for someone who have international visit is hard understand the country only with the IP addresses, and consequentally the right language or operator to use in the invitation message.

    Thank you for opening a support ticket.

    1. Please copy only the stylesheet inbetween the head tags and the rest just before the closing body tag.

    2. Does not work on all pages or just on the page mentioned with muse?

    3. Please setup Email or SMS Notification, that has two advantages, you don't need to be logged in at all times plus you will get notified when a client needs your attention.

    Thank you for your suggestion about the flag, we will check what we can do.

    2. Please update to Live Chat Business 1.5.1 via Auto Updater.

    That will fix the invitiation issue.

    It seems the proactive doesn't work too,

    Please update to 1.5.1 as suggested above, it will fix the proactive feature and invitation message.
