Is it possible or has this been requested to have the Tickets Auto Refresh/Show new Replies after you enter them in?

Right now it seems you have to enter the reply and close the ticket popup window. If you go back into the ticket the new reply is there.

You do see the green "Success" but I think it would be really good to see the actual reply in there as well without having to close/reopen it.
