I tried to upgrade from HelpDesk 2 to 3, but when choosing "Upgrade at $59" it stil adds $178 to the checkout...

    Correct, thank you very much for the report.

    It is now correct. Please note that an upgrade is not possible at this moment. Means you would need to install fresh.

    When we releasing the Gold version we will include an upgrade file for the most important data, like clients and support tickets.

    Gold will also have a few more features but mainly bug fixes.
