Depending on your server configuration you might need to set the files to 775 or 777 within the lang folder.

Thanks for the answer, no matter how I set the permissions, the error came. I install a free hosting the CMS, there was no error. There, however, the update is not working. (Can not access the file release.) And if in Style Manager, background pattern changed it, it does not memorize (The background color yes)
and.... background pattern problem only float mode, in the fix mode not problem.

Background problem has been fixed with upcoming release 1.6 at January first.

The file issue needs to be resoveld with your host. The issue is within the php configuration.
