Cloud Chat 3 03.08.2017 2244 Support Status: Closed Solution: Yes buildandpublish

HelloWhen a visitor clicks the support slide up button on my website and then fills in name ect and presses "lets chat" it then says please wait but gets stuck on that saying please wait all the time, further more it does'nt notify me that a user is wanting support.I did pay for an update but I have never tested it from the user end through to the operators end, can you help please,Thanks

    The chat receives a internal server error 500
    That means it is a server bug, he should check the server error logs.
