hi, if i assing a operator to a department and access to leads (not leads all) he can se all info of another departmens.

and how to asign a contact mail per department?

    For the email address please define so in the department itself.

    Thank you for your patience.

    We have checked the Leads and Leads (all) option and it works fine from our side on the latest available version.

    The offline message access will be granted when leads has been granted, however we will add an extra permission level for the offline messages within the next release.
