    I guess you referring to PHP IMAP attachements?

    i am using gmail server for email , but i cant see any attachemnts  in helpdesk how this can be resolved ? , i tried above but i cant see emails with attachemnt

    As you can read in our FAQ article it is really hard to tell why your server does not pull in the attachments, it could be Gmail it could be your PHP IMAP() version, your settings under operator - settings -ticket or it could be the way the attachment has been sent.

    I recommend to tell your clients to use the HelpDesk dashboard to send any attachments, that is the guaranteed way.
