Can I have the Operator and their picture saying "Let us know if you have any Questions" showing right away when a user clicks on the live Chat button, instead of the System picture and it saying that it is "Still searching for operators"?? I was really thinking that this would be more customizable than other live chat software.. Also, I have tried the Auto ProActive and it is not working either.

AutoProactive works per client once when hitting the correct URL or when a wildcard URL has been set, please note for testing it is best to use a different browser as it is unlikely that you chat with yourself.
