My helpdesk is capturing emails correctly, but it is not deleting from the server, it is also opening two tickets via email. What can I do?

please make sure you only have one imap connection setup per account.
To delete an email from the account you will need to change the settings in your operator panel. By standard the option is "Make read".
Yes, I only have one registered email account, I'm just testing and gave this problem, I checked to delete the email
