Hi Jakweb team,

I would like to make a request for helpdesk on your future update. The ability to disable priority when creating tickets. Many customers that create tickets place a "high priority" status when in reality they're not. So, to prevent that, it would be nice to disable this feature from the backend admin side of helpdesk.
