How to set up Pushover?

I have HelpDesk 1.9 and try to set up Pushover. I have installed the app on iOS, have set up an "app" inside, and got my token and key.

I have tried to set up the settings inside HelpDesk 1.9, but have not got it working yet.

Would you please give me a step by step tutorial for this?

I've set "Send email on new client" = Yes

and set it up like this:

Will it send push notification both if I am logged in to HelpDesk and not?

Will it only send a notification on new chat start up?
