Schedule in Live Chat is gone again..I know why now

The schedule disappeared when I tried to change my user name. Please reset the schedule again in Eastern time zone. I was trying to change my username to April if possible

    AGAIN. For whatever reason, I was not receiving desktop notifications and when I click accept under settings/user and saved, the schedule disappeared AGAIN.

    Please fix. Also, please give me easy step by step instructions on how to fix myself until the next version is released.

    That is the last time, I don't know why it happens with you because it does not happen with all others. Maybe your browser have some sort of a plugin that prevents certain features. Within the next release we have made a work around for exact such cases.

    Till then maybe try another browser with standard settings.

    And it's only happening when I make a change and save in user settings. Desktop settings quit working. I expect support if this happens again as it apparently is a bug if you're adding as a fix in your next release. Thank you.

    No plug ins that isn't standard either..I've had a nightmare dealing with this Live Chat for numerous issues.

    Of course you will get support, but not logging me into your system and do a database reset every day. There is also no bug because it works on all our other clients (1000+) we have, the only thing we have integrated is an extra layer of check when saving the edit user form available within the next release.

    I appologise for any inconvenience you had with installing our software, it has so many factors that can play up (Server Settings and Browser Plugins). We confident our software is very stable and provides a lot of features. We have also always helped you when there was a problem and we will help you as long your support access is valid.

    I hope it doesn't happen everyday. Like I said, it only happens when I change anything in user settings and save. Hopefully, I will not need to change anything again.

    Is it possible that when you clear your cookies the schedule can disappear? That's the only thing I can think of that I did. Either way, I'm not sure how I'm the only one having this problem, and I'm not doing anything or using anything that should cause it.

    No, the time table is stored in the database I have run the savings on your user several times, I tried to test again but you might have changed the password.
