Thanks for creating an amazing tool. We have implemented this tool successfully as our solution for a helpdesk. The only item we are missing is that the program is using custom made filters and sorting options. As we are using as table plugin for filtering and sorting in our own software solutions, our customers are now used to the functionality. Now, when the amount of tickets is raising our customers want the functionality of advanced filtering and sorting of

This is for us also a Requirement as the workflow would be more easy and a lot of options would be available like import and export.
