Hi for operators who don't have sound on their computer. is there a pop alert for the live chat instead of the sound alert when some one tries to contact us????

    Yes there are several options not just the sound alert.

    • Desktop Notifications
    • Email Notifications
    • SMS Notifications
    • Sound alerts
