HelpDesk bug in new tickets

Just a little bug when a user log in to see his/ her ticket, and have had no response yet. 

The date for "updated" is the zero time in linux I believe. => 01.01.1970- 01:00

Should just be " - " or empty. A quick if-rule should fix that :-)
