    Forget to say, i update before for Versão: 1.1.4 and make new login before test

    That is correct, you have installed the helpdesk in a sub folder and therefore you need to set the absolute path for the image and file manager. Please open your db.php file and check line 39.

    Please also download the helpdesk package again and replace following file:

    js/editor/plugins/filemanager/config/config.php

    No, I did not say that. It is all correct, but because you are on a sub folder (which is perfectly fine) it needs an extra setting in the db.php file.

    Please download the latest package on our server in the download area, unpack the file and replace following file:

    js/editor/plugins/filemanager/config/config.php

    Make the change in the db.php file then it should work with the image.
