Opererators can not see chat history like admin do. Is this done on purpose? or is my functionality not working correctly??? also in operort back end. in dashboard during chat. as an operator i am unable to see archive messages like i do in admin. please help.

    Thank you for opening a ticket.

    Please login as a super operotor and give permissions to your operators to the leads section. Permissions can be set on each operator profile (users).

    Yes there is a unique ID for each chat, you will also find it in the client history.
