Hi Support,

I setting live chat to hidden if no operator login to helpdesk system and only show when we login. This work perfect on browser but on mobile it keep showing.

Appreciate your help on this.

    We have tested all scenarios and if button to slide up is chosen the button (img) does not hide when offline. All others are working fine.

    This bug has been fixed and will be available within the next release.
