Hi checked all the options of the dashboard and read the manual but if you look at the website you will always see the chat offline.

How can I turn it online?

Please read the style page instruction very carefully.
You have added all three stylesheet's, you only need to add one.

You also selected Cross Domain, that is not necessary because your chat is installed in a subfolder and therefore you can select relative url, makes everything load much faster.
