Hello

I am trying to download the helpdesk wordpress bridge but I cannot for the life of me work out how to do this...I click on Download in main menu and then on the plugin and then there's no download link... am I missing something?

    Thank you for opening a support ticket.

    Because you have just sign up for 5 minutes you account was not active. We check first if you have a valid license and then your account will be activated.

    You can now go to the download area it should work.
