Browser issue with chrome and safari

When I test the system where the operator is logged in Safri and the client is is chrome,

the system does not recognize that the operator is logged in.

Is there a resolution for this?

We are working with Safari, Chrome and Firefox as our main browsers. When does this happen for you and under what circumstances?
- Same domain or cross domain?
- The client is on the main helpdesk site or on a site where the chat has been embed?
