I have an issue with your latest build 1.3. I wish I knew before updating, because you also update the pipe.php for which it cause issues with my piping. It apparently, overwrote what I had set in my prior setup.
My issue is the the emailing a copy of ticket answers to another email. In the Settings menu, there is that option, but it doesn't work. It wont send copy to another email. Maybe I miss a setting part? or does this copy to email is for different purpose, if so, please clarify.
