Hello,
I received the download link and downloaded the zip file (237 bytes), but I am unable to open the zip on mac. I get the following error.
"Unable to unarchive into Desktop" (Error 1 - Operation not permitted.) or "Decompression Failed"
There appears to be a problem with the zip file.

I believed I confirmed the account. I am logged in right now and when I go to the Download link in the main menu do not see a download button.

I tried a bunch of times and it save the zip once but with zero data.
That is strange, I have just tried what various browsers and no problems at all.
Any browser extension installed or blocking something? Please try another browser.
