Chat position miss placed after invitation

HelpDesk 19.01.2016 2690 Bug Report Status: Closed Solution: Yes skywarrior

Basically as the tittle says, the live chat position gets buggedafter clicking the invitation text. If you minimiza the chat and open it again the position goes back to normal.

    Thank you for opening a support ticket.

    Please make sure you copy the stylesheet between the head tag right before the closing head tag and the chat code right before the closing body tag.

    Could I have a URL to check please.

    Thank you for the link.

    1. Please remove the stylesheets, you have linked three, only the one is necessary (slide_up.css) and it should be right before the closing head tag.

    2. Empty browser cache and try to invite the client again.

    Ok I found the problem:

    .jrc_ichat this class doesnt have styling, add it to .cd-ichat to fix it.
