Help Desk 3

Curious how many people are upgrading to Help Desk 3? We are currently using OsTicket (open source ticketing) combined with Zendesk Chat. We've been looking for a self-hosted solution that combines chat with ticket system and we believe Help Desk 3 is going to be the solution for us. I would love to hear from Help Desk 2 users out there. Do you like the system? Have you discovered any major issues with the software? I just want to connect with fellow Help Desk users and rally around this new version which looks amazing
