Setup LiveChat 3 or HelpDesk 3 within CloudChat 3

With the new update of CloudChat 3 we have build in a easy way to manage isolated LiveChat 3 and HelpDesk 3 installations. Now manage everything from your CloudChat 3 - Administration panel.

Fresh Installation

The old way still works: You create a package for a personal LC3 or HD3 installation. Your client signs up for this package and you follow the email instruction and install the personal installation for him. More information can be found here: LiveChat 3 with CloudChat 3

There is now also a new way where you can setup your clients inside the administration panel (specially for countries not supporting the build in payment gateways). Follow this steps carefully:

  • Install the LiveChat 3 or HelpDesk 3 without adding an operator.
  • Go to your CloudChat 3 - Administration panel and setup the location for this installation. Make sure it works!
  • Go to your CloudChat 3 - Administration panel LC3 Clients or HD3 Clients and click on "New Advanced Client"
  • Select the client you want to move, select the correct location and the expiring (valid till) date press save.
  • Done

What happens now in the background: The user will be set with the same credential as he already has in the CloudServer, an email will be sent to him that he now can login to his private LC3 or HD3 installation and of course a lot of other things in the databases.
