The location setup is very important in Cloud Chat 3 - Administration. Before you clients can register you will need to setup the database connection to your chat server.
Please login into your administration panel and go to "Locations". There is already one there you can modify this as this is only demo data. After having everything set you can check the database connection by clicking on the server icon see screenshot below.
Please note that the URL should contain the complete path to the operator panel. For example: https://mychat.com/app/operator
Only when you have a success message you can let your clients register on your site and your Live Support Chat is ready for business.
