Since HelpDesk 1.9.6 ticket priorities are not hard coded anymore. Create as many ticket status you want, make it only for the operators or remove all.

Ticket Priorities can be found in your Operator Panel - Tickets - Priorities.

Following options you have when creating/editing ticket priorities.

  • Name
  • Colour (Bootstrap 3 Label Class Colours)
  • The Web Project
  • Language
  • Operators only
