With the latest releases of Live Chat Business (Live Chat 3, HelpDesk 3 and Cloud Chat 3 has a more advanced map and does not use a Google Map Api Key) and HelpDesk you will need a Google Api Key to display the map correctly. To get your Api Key, please go to Google Api Key and follow the instructions.
After you have your key, you will need to add it in your operator panel - settings.
