We are happy to announce another great update for HelpDesk 3, it is now available in Version 4.0.5. As always update as soon as possible to benefit from the newest features and bug fixes.

There is a new feature (companies) where you can group multiple clients into one company, so they can see each other tickets and even reply to it if the one created the ticket is currently not available.

Auto updater is available if you are already on Version 4.0. In this case the update takes about 5 seconds. :)
