We have now included 30 days support through our support tickets. In 99% of the support cases it was a user or server configuration error but we don't like to leave you stranded so we helped anyway, even without support.
On a long term base that won't work for us so we changed the single and all in one license (which came without support) and included 30 days support through our support tickets. We had to raise the price a little, but it is now definetely a no worries package and can't be found anywhere else.
